- Authentically mobile - In other words, don't take a communication meant for a different channel and cram it into mobile.
- Simple to understand - The message needs to be clear and concise. Simplicity is key.
- Easy to action - What do you want them to do? Make it easy and fast to complete.

three rules for mobile success.
Fact, mobile devices and services are taking up more and more of our personal and professional time. Phones and tablets are getting more eyeballs every day and the opportunity to capitalize on that attention is huge. According to Twitter's Bruce Daisley (Director of Twitter in the UK) there are three rules businesses need to follow in order to succeed in this area. I've added a few thoughts in italics.
