(more than) a new q&a tool. formspring.me

So on Friday I was introduced to a new online tool called formspring.me via a most interesting character. I happened to conduct a quick Twitter drive-by and Chris Sacca (former Googler and Obama campaigner, now an investor/entrepreneur/adventurer) mentioned that he was going to answer questions and then posted a link. Interested, I clicked and was taken here, his formspring page. In the span of about 15-20 minutes Chris answered a wide range of questions (including mine). It seemed like a good platform for such an activity as the user interface is clean and easy to use.

After a little digging I learned that this site is like other microblogging sites (you can create your own page and customize it) with the specific goal of getting you to ask and answer questions. Not sure exactly what I think yet...I see the potential for good and bad. What do you think?

There is a great review of the site here, quite funny really. "It's the Internet's version of Truth or Dare. It's your own personal Charlie Rose where you can choose to be Charlie or Charlie's Guest. It's your venue to be completely, anonymously emotionally abusive towards someone. But—and this bears repeating—the high is cracklike."
